Ms. Lorene Emerson, 89, a Retired University Custodian, of Monroe, Louisiana passed on Friday August 19, 2011 at the Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe.The Emerson & Relation Families will receive family and friends from 6:00 P.M.- 7:00 P.M. in the B. E. King Memorial Chapel of King's Funeral Home in Ruston on Friday night. Ms. Emerson's Homegoing Celebration Services will be held Saturday August 27, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Downsville, Louisiana, with Reverend Ronald Lee, Officiating. Committal Services and Burial will immediately follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery of Downsville, Louisiana
