Mr. Chaffers's Homegoing Celebration Services will be held Wednesday July 18, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Miracle Temple C. O. G I. C .Church in Ruston, Louisiana with Supt. Thomas Kennedy, Officiating. The Committal and Burial Services will immediately follow in the Grambling Memorial Gardens of Grambling, Louisiana.
