Mr. Cartres Johnson, 80, a Retired Lincoln Parish School Bus Driver, of Ruston, Louisiana passed on Monday December 26, 2011 at the Life Care Specialty Hospital in Ruston. The Johnson Family will receive family & friends on Friday December 30, 2011 from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the Zion Travelers Baptist Church in Ruston. Mr. Johnson's Homegoing Celebration Services will be held Saturday December 31, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the Zion Traveler Baptist Church in Ruston, Louisiana, with Reverend Maurice White, Officiating. The Committal and Burial Services will immediately follow in the George Washington Carver Memorial Park of Ruston, Louisiana.

Hop worked with my father when i was a teenager. My father was extremely fond of him! I was fortunate enough to work alongside him for 2 summers...taught me a lot, truly a great experience for me. Good memories of a good man

To the Family,

Mr. Hop was absolutely the nicest man I encountered at La. Tech, a friend and a father figure to all of us. He was always happy to take the students where we needed to go, always patient. We will miss him dearly.
