| Mr. Artis Taylor Bissic, 73, Retired Grambling State University Mailroom Manager, of Ruston, Louisiana, passed on Saturday April 14, 2012 at the Northern Louisiana Medical Center in Ruston. Open Visitation will be Friday April 20, 2012 from 1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. at King's Funeral Home in Ruston. A Celebration of the Life of Mr. Artis Taylor Bissic will be held Saturday April 21, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Miracle Temple Church of God in Christ in Ruston, Louisiana with a Veteran’s Tribute immediately follow the Eulogy.
